What counts as a "role"?

A role is a unique job title in your assessment. If you have 20 employees all holding the title "Financial Analyst," that counts as 1 role. The Essentials tier (150 roles) comfortably covers organizations with up to 500 employees with typical role diversity.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

What happens to my assessment data if I cancel?

Your data is retained for 90 days post-cancellation. You can export all assessment data in CSV format at any point during that window. We send a reminder email before the 90-day window closes.

Is the O*NET data licensed for commercial use?

Yes. The O*NET Database is published by the U.S. Department of Labor under a Creative Commons license (CC BY 4.0) — zero licensing cost, freely usable for commercial applications.

What do the exposure scores mean? Will these scores predict which jobs are at risk?

Exposure scores are analytical inputs to human workforce planning decisions — not predictions of job loss, job survival, or automation outcomes. Every score in the platform is explicitly framed as a planning tool grounded in O*NET task data. The four-dimension rubric quantifies task-level exposure at a point in time; what the organization does with that information is a human decision.

The free trial gives you full Business-tier access for 14 days. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, you choose a paid plan or your account transitions to read-only. All data created during the trial is preserved when you convert to a paid plan.
