Built for the HR Director Who Can't Wait Three Months for a Consulting Report

WorkforceAnalysis.com — by Rovaryn Digital Inc.

Our Mission

Rovaryn Digital Inc. builds focused, self-serve SaaS tools that put capabilities previously reserved for organizations with six-figure consulting budgets directly into the hands of mid-market operators. We identify structural capability gaps — problems that enterprise platforms solve at $50,000+/year and free research only frames without answering — and build purposeful products that solve them at prices that don’t require board approval.

The Product Story

AI Exposure Analyzer began with a simple observation: every board in 2025–2026 is asking about AI workforce risk. The research is everywhere — McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, Anthropic. But the research is sector-level. It tells a 400-person financial services firm that their industry faces “high” automation exposure. It tells them nothing about which of their 42 distinct roles are exposed, at what task-level intensity, or what the organization can do about it. That company has three choices: engage a consulting firm ($20,000–$80,000), assign a senior HR analyst to build an O*NET mapping in Excel (80–250 hours), or present a board deck built on statistics that don’t reflect their actual workforce. We built the fourth option.

Our Values

1.Transparency over abstraction.

Every exposure score is traceable from composite → dimension → task → O*NET task importance rating. We don't publish black-box outputs. The methodology is auditable because HR teams need to defend it to CFOs and boards.

2.Self-serve over gatekeeping.

The analysis that required a $35,000 consulting engagement should cost $449/month and take 30 minutes. Workforce intelligence is not a luxury for organizations with enterprise HR data teams.

3.Inputs, not verdicts.

Exposure scores are analytical inputs to human workforce planning decisions. We do not predict which jobs will be automated or which employees will be displaced. We provide structured, transparent information so that human judgment — not an algorithm — makes those calls.

4.Repeatable over one-time.

The consulting report from 18 months ago no longer reflects current AI capabilities or the organization's changed role mix. The product that matters is one you can run every quarter, not one that requires re-engagement every cycle.
