Why it matters: Real-world job titles diverge significantly from O*NET’s standardized labels. "Revenue Operations Analyst" and "Go-to-Market Analyst" may both map correctly to the same SOC code — the engine handles this automatically. Every match requires explicit human confirmation before scoring runs.

Every exposure score is an analytical input to human judgment — the rubric does not label any occupation "safe" or "will be automated."

Transparent Four-Dimension AI Exposure Rubric

Each O*NET task statement is scored across four dimensions: cognitive routine (rule-following, data entry, information processing), physical routine (repetitive physical manipulation), social/judgment (negotiation, empathy, complex interpersonal situations), and creative (novel problem-solving, ideation). Each dimension score is weighted by the O*NET task importance rating for that role.

Why it matters: The composite role exposure score (0–100) is derivable by any user from the scoring detail page. HR teams can walk a board or CFO through the methodology line by line — because every number has a traceable source.

For roles flagged Redeployment Candidate (composite score ≥ 70), the engine surfaces 3–5 adjacent occupations from O*NET's Related Occupations matrix. Each recommendation shows the target SOC code and occupation title, skill-overlap percentage (derived from shared O*NET KSA elements), and estimated reskilling effort (Low / Medium / High).

Why it matters: The assessment moves from diagnostic to operational. HR teams leave the analysis with concrete redeployment targets grounded in the same O*NET data — not a separate manual research exercise.
